Active Remote Users. You must not share any information from the Medtronic programmer, including with any other Active Remote Viewer, absent the express permission from the Programmer User that is allowing you to view the information. When opening the Location tab on the parent screen, it says " No location data available for the device. Please try after sometime. But Norton Support told me it works on all Android versions.

I have scoured literally every option on the phone, and can find nothing that appears to be set incorrectly the most important, I guess, being that Location services is turned on and set to high accuracy. Desperately looking for an answer to this problem, and hoping that the Norton engineers will pick this up. I've spoken to nine support staff at Norton over the chat system, going over the same things time and again. I hope this won't end up with just getting a refund, since the product looks great.
But keeping track of your child's location is the number one reason for using this app. And so far I'm paying for something that doesn't work. Thanks for the detailed information.
I understand you have tried some steps. If these don't help, can you please send me your Norton Family account email address by private message via the forum by clicking Inbox at upper right hand corner? As mentioned on my post, I have looked at every thread on this forum including the two above, and the other ones you sent to me. I just want to repeat though, that the feature works fine on iOS. I am convinced it is either an issue with the Samsung Galaxy A3, or Android v5.
Can you please confirm if the location history is available. I will send you a private message, because the issue is definitely not resolved and I need to share private data. I tried your suggestion.
Regarding 1, Restrict background data was not selected. On 2, I tried all three options that are available. I have since waited a few days. As you can see from the logs, absolutely no location data has been recorded. I still cannot use Locate Now. It gives the same error it always does. If anything, the problem appears to have gotten worse and now nothing is logged at all. I'm afraid I have lost faith in the product.
Location Services is clearly unreliable and I would like to request a refund.
